A:We are factory that is one of the earliest compressor factories in China ,established in 2001.
 Q: What is the minimum order quantity? (MOQ)
A: Normally 100pcs/item. Trial orders and further requests can be negotiated.
 
Q: Can I order one sample?
A: Sure. Sample is provided by reasonable charges.
 
Q:What is the delivery time?
A: Maximum 30-35days after receiving the relevant payment.
 
Q:What is the payment terms?
A:30% by TT as deposit, the balance 70% before shipment .
 
Q: Can we do OEM or ODM brand?
A: Yes. OEM is available for brands and packages.ODM
 
Q:If I want to visit your company and factory, which is the nearest airport?
A:1.Wuxi Shuofang Airport is our local airport from 30 minutes to our factory.
2.ShangHai Airport. About one hours car drive from ShangHai to our factory.
3.NanJing airport is also available which is about two hours car to our factory.
 
Q: Is there any warranty about your products?
A:Basically,we have 12 months warranty aftrer delivery.It depends on the climate your local.

A: We have whole set of test machine and professional test team. Every product is well tested before shipment.

Q: What would you do for quality problem?
A:At first ,we need to make sure if it's really our quality problem,because there are many other factors which will influence it .To get a result ,we need to get your vedio and products pictures to prove,and we will compensate your losses after getting confirmation.
